Food, Beverages, and Tea Condiments NOT included in this package.

Minimum 8 Person Table Setting @ $120.00; anything between 9-24 priced at $15 per person.

Currently 24 place settings available.

No two tables will look alike.

If renting multiple tables, tablecloths will be one of each color as listed above.

No guarantee on availability of any specific items as many items are one of a kind.

Centerpieces may look different than what is shown. If renter prefers live flowers, they may purchase on their own; a limited number of teapot flower vases available at no additional cost upon request.

Rental is limited to 4 hours; this includes set-up/clean-up by Small Gatherings  (other arrangements may be available upon request)

Last minute requests for Tea Party Service may be declined due to the nature of the setup; advanced requests are highly recommended. 

Delivery, set-up and tear down included as part of this package.

Add On Services:

Upon Request and Availability: Attendant may be available for an additional cost to fill tea pots with hot water before and during the event; refill water/lemonade pitcher before and during event and assist with placement of food items before and during event. 

Upon Request and Availability: Event Photography may be available for an additional cost.

This list is NOT all inclusive and requires a Small Gatherings signed contract in order to reserve a rental date. Changes may be made to this list at any time.
