How do I place an order?



  • Please contact Small Gatherings Rental Company, LLC using any method listed under the Contact section on this website to confirm your date is available and to schedule rental items for your upcoming event.

Payment and Delivery



  • A 50% non-refundable security deposit will be required within 48 hours of signing lease agreement. This non-refundable security deposit will be applied to the final total. ​

  • Full payment will be required 48 hours before the scheduled event.

  • Broken, Damaged or Missing Items: 

    • NOTE: Replacement costs of broken/damaged item(s) will be equal to 5x the rental cost of each broken/damaged item(s). (Some exclusions apply for glassware and fine china items).

    • NOTE: Replacement costs for missing items will be equal to the full cost of replacement (Upon request from Renter, receipt for proof of purchase will be provided). (Includes all rental items) 

    • Renter agrees to provide Owner with valid credit card and authorizes Owner to charge the credit card for broken/damaged charges; other payment options may be discussed. Any broken/damaged item(s) shall be returned to the Owner for a potential discount on replacement costs.

  • Mileage is based on 2 Round Trips: Round Trip for Drop Off and Round Trip for Pick Up. Two zip code options are available; whichever is closest to the rental location via GoogleMaps: 20187 or 20106.

  • Any orders over $150.01 (base price) includes delivery/pickup and set-up/tear down within 30 miles of zip code 20187 or 20106; any miles beyond 30 will be billed using the alternative pricing guidelines. .

  • Any orders between $100.01 and $150.00 (base price) includes delivery/pickup and set-up/tear down within 20 miles of zip code 20187 or 20106; any miles beyond 20 will be billed using the alternative pricing guidelines.

  • Any orders less than $100.00 (base price) includes delivery/pickup and setup/tear down within 10 miles of zip code 20187 or 20106; any miles beyond 10 will be billed using the alternative pricing guidelines.

    • Alternative Pricing Guidelines: $1.00 per mile delivery charge; where applicable.​

Secure ordering & payment options



  • Payment options include all Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.

Refunds



  • Cancellations more than 30 days from the event date will result in a full refund of the security deposit within 48 hours of notification.

  • Cancellations less than 30 days from the event date will result in a hold of the security deposit for a future event or at the time of cancellation, renter agrees to forfeit the flat rate noted in the signed Contract Agreement.

    • If your event can be replaced with a new event on the same day and is of equal or greater value, the full security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of the new scheduled event. 

    • In the event that the Renter's event location changes and is more than 30 miles from zip code 20187, a portion of the deposit may be refunded.

Discounts



  • Any available discounts offered will be applied to the final payment and will be automatically applied to the final invoice. No special coupon code necessary to receive a discount.
