My name is Michelle Stubenbordt and I currently live in Amissville, VA with my husband of 30 years, Tim. We have two adult children that live in the Manassas area and a pit bull mix named Gomez. We are all WV natives that moved to Virginia in 2004. 

​

Owning a business was never on my radar. As a matter of fact, it seemed like a lot of unnecessary work that I had no desire to do. Yet, here we are. I started this business on a whim, but looking back over the last couple years, I'm in awe of what it has become. Creating a business from scratch is more rewarding than I could have ever thought. Keeping an open mind, I continue to let this business grow in the way it's supposed to and even I'm surprised by it sometimes. Sure, it can be hectic and chaotic and there are days where I ask myself...WHY?!, Just WHY?! But then I get a call from a client and I know the why. I see the future of this company and it's shining bright. As I continue to add services, I get so excited to see and hear the reactions of clients. That is what drives me to always be thinking of ways to improve services.

By day, I am a Construction Manager (CM) and work as a Consultant CM for roadway work. Handling multi-million dollar projects has only helped in running my own business. I'm continually looking for way to add services, but choose to take the slow approach to ensure that I'm giving my clients the best service possible. As a one-woman show with my husband in tow always helping when I need it, I can't wait to see where we go next.
